? Capex and fixed asset management basing on global procedure under SAP PS module
i) Tracking project status with project owners and reconcile data with SAP
ii) Monitor and process FA addition and capitalization, retirement and disposal, etc.
iii) Monthly depreciation run and monitoring
iv) Prepare FA depreciation table to support tax filling
v) FA physical counting
? Process journal entries of bank accounts, and AP / AR clearing in SAP
? Perform month-end closing in SAP and prepare relevant reports for manager’s review
? Monthly inventory report preparation, year-end inventory impairment preparation
? Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations in OneStream
? Provide data inputs and supports Plant Controller for various analysis
? Run costing for new SKU, responsible for TP uploading
? Provide support to external and internal audit
? Key role for continuous improvement projects
? Other ad-hoc project
REQUIREMENTS
Skills / Qualifications/ Experience:
？ Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
？ 5+ years relevant working experience in MNC (at least 3 years in GL, experience in manufacture costing is preferred)
？ Proficiency in SAP FI model and MS Office
？ Good PRC GAAP and US GAAP knowledge, with solid analysis and reporting skills are preferred
？ Fluent in English with CET6 Cert. and above
？ Good communication and interpersonal relation skills
？ Good team member with CAN-DO attitude

? 在 OneStream 中对账资产负债表账户并准备月度对账
? 提供数据输入，支持被控对象控制器进行各种分析
? 为新 SKU 运行成本核算，负责 TP 上传
? 为外部和内部审计提供支持
? 持续改进项目的关键作用

要求
技能/资格/经验：
？ 会计/金融学士学位或同等学历
？ 5+年跨国公司相关工作经验（至少3年GL工作经验，有制造成本核算经验者优先）
？ 熟练使用SAP FI模型和MS Office
？ 良好的中国公认会计原则和美国公认会计原则知识，具有扎实的分析和报告技能者优先
？ 英语流利，CET6及以上证书
？ 良好的沟通和人际关系能力
？ 具有 CAN-DO 态度的优秀团队成员
