We eagerly seek a Product Manager to join our multicultural team and contribute to developing and enhancing our healthcare industry solutions. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather insights from users and market research, and contribute to the product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to deliver user-centric solutions that address our customers' pain points.
Key Deliverables
collaborate with customers, sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather and analyse user requirements, and participate in conceptual design, prototyping, and iterative product optimisation.
Coordinate and track the product development process according to the roadmap to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct market trend research and competitive product analysis to provide data support for product strategy.
Collect and analyse product usage data to understand user behaviour and optimise product features. Also, manage user feedback to identify user pain points and needs for product improvement.
Responsibilities:
Assist in defining the product vision and strategy to enhance our suite of healthcare solutions.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation to gain product insights and understand user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, Engineering, and Designers, to prioritise features and develop actionable solutions.
Contribute to breaking down complex business requirements into user stories, roadmaps, and release plans.
Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, working closely with the engineering team to deliver high-quality products.
Assist in conducting A/B testing and gathering user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, or an equivalent technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Experience in bringing a product from conception to launch is preferred.
Familiarity with developing native mobile apps, responsive web, and interactive platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metrics, and statistics to make informed product decisions.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Self-starter with an intense curiosity and passion for growth and learning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
Adaptability and comfort working in an ambiguous environment, where requirements and priorities may change.
Able to speak English and Malay is preferred.
