1.Responsible for the procurement of warehouse materials, to ensure that the required materials are purchased on time, according to quality and quantity, to meet the operational requirements of the warehouse. In the event of deviations, do our utmost to ensure that the material we have ordered reaches the customer on time, contact the customer and supplier in the event of deviations and/or delivery deviations


2.Suppliers' delivery deviations are followed up on a daily basis and relevant measures are taken


3.Compile statistical reports of various procurement indicators in order to effectively monitor and manage procurement activities.       
    

4.Actively work with the "0 balance list", follow up and measure delivery reliability, maintain and challenge the own range.

5.Actively work with article management , real-time monitoring and adjustment of material status.

6.Work with outstanding quotation requests, work for minimal capital tied up with regard to the production situation, coordinate any investigation linked to larger inventory deviations both from a cost and quantity perspective


7.Supervise and train new employees and colleagues in the working methods that have been decided.

8.Actively work with the sourcing team to provide feedback and drive supplier product and service quality on time.

9.Be familiar with the relevant standards of the materials you are responsible for, grasp the requirements and delivery date of the purchase order, and maintain communication with relevant departments to ensure that the purchased materials meet the production requirements.

10.Follow up with the relevant departments to confirm the results of the samples to ensure the smooth progress of the procurement process.

11.Follow routines and standards within Scania and local within Scania Maintenance

12.Actively participate in your own competence development

13.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
