Brief Overview of Role:

Assist Head of HR and HR Operational Manager on the overall human resource management especially in C&B function.
Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor degree with Human Resource Management or Finance Major.

2. At least 2 years relevant working experience, experience in international educational field is a plus.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.

5. Flexible, efficient and able to work independently

6. Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

7. Good verbal and written skills in the English language.

8. Strong sense of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:

1 Be responsible for the payroll and allowance related online banking issue

2 Be responsible for the expat staff’s income tax issue which includes tax registration, non-taxable allowance registration, IIT application, annual tax clearance and declaration, tax slip printing etc

3 Be responsible for various HR and financial report related with salary and allowance etc

4 Be responsible for expat staff’s bank account opening and communication with the bank

5 Be responsible for both expat staff and local staff’s supplementary medical insurance.

6 Be responsible for expat staff's allowance administration which includes fapiao checking & verification

7 Responsible for PRC employee’s employment matter including local HR agent liaison, social benefits contribution etc when needed.

8 Responsible for HRIS maintenance, ensure employees’ data in Success Factor/SAP etc are input and updated timely and correctly.

9 Assist with expat employees’ work permits, working visas, residence permits etc. to ensure the legal compliance

10 Assist with recruitment such as job posting, candidates screening and initial interviewing, reference checks etc.

11 Assist with offer/contract preparation

12 Responsible for staff attendance and leave management

13 Assist with exit clearance for the leaving staff

14 Handle daily inquiries with regards to salary, allowance, bank, tax issues etc.

15 Assist with tax audit if needed

16 Provide effective and professional HR advice and service to the staff

17 Ensure that safeguarding, health and safety, and all other College policies are known, understood and embedded into practice.

18 Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
