岗位职责：
1.Arrange annually business plan in RBMC for next five years and quarterly rolling forecast updating with all the function in the company.
安排RBMC未来五年年度经营计划，并做好公司各方面的季度滚动计划的更新。
2.Guide and arrange the standard cost calculation, yearly product standard cost development analysis and actual cost variance analysis in RBMC.
指导和组织RBMC标准成本计算，每年的产品标准成本分析和实际成本差异分析。
3.Be responsible for new product cost estimation and providing competitive cost analysis for the decision making.
负责新产品的成本预估，为决策提供有竞争力的成本分析。
4.Define cost center budget VS actual report, risk and opportunity analysis.
确定成本中心的预算并与实际报告比较，进行机遇和风险分析。
5.Be responsible for inventory management, status checking arrangement.
负责库存管理，安排实时检查。
6.Be responsible for fixed assets management, forecasting, status checking arrangement, new machine purchasing assessment.
负责固定资产的管理，预测和实时检查的安排并进行新设备采购评估。
7.Be responsible for company KPI report, analysis and control, prepare the material and hold meeting with all department heads together to review the actual performance with the top management monthly, action follow up.
负责公司的关键业务指标报告，准备相关材料并和所有部门领导一起每月举行会议和高管共同回顾审查实际业绩，安排后续行动。
8.Be responsible for team management, coaching, task distribution, target setting, performance review, training and development, lead CIP.
进行团队管理，辅导顾问、任务分配、目标设定、绩效评估、培训开发并主导CIP。
9.Other tasks from COR, such as plant target setting preparation, important presentation preparation, etc.
商务总监下达的其他的任务，如工厂目标设定准备，重要报告的准备等。
10.Ensure HSE, 5S, and Quality related requirement well implemented in Department.
确保环境健康安全，5S及质量相关要求在部门内的良好执行。
11.Adhere to HSE, 5S, and Quality relevant requirements.
遵守公司EHS，5S及质量相关要求和规定。
12.Handle the other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.Financial accounting major with Bachelor and above，985/211 is preferred.
财务会计及同等专业，本科及以上学历，985/211优先考虑。
2.5+ years in controlling area thereof 2+ years in leadership position，3 years working experience in a large foreign company.
5年以上财务控制领域经验(其中2年以上管理经验)，3年大型外企工作经验。
3.Excellent knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
在制造产业内优秀的成本核算知识。
4.Experience in handling SAP system in a manufacturing environment .
在制造型企业中SAP实施经验。
5.Good command of both Chinese and English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
良好的中文/英文 听、说、读、写能力。
