ACTIVITIES：
1) To comply with relevant engineering/HSE laws and regulations
2) To ensure all site constructions are safely completed within the investment budget and in time
3) To coordinate with variance local authorities in order to achieve the new site opening schedule
5) To timely complete the layout and the engineering estimation for potential sites as the arrangement by the Dept.
- To conduct suppliers evaluation for the purpose of supplier pre-selection
- Be responsible for the technical part of tenders for the determination of site construction supplier
- Complete the related engineering projects in time according to the annual Modernization budget
- Managing DODO station renovation process, place order to relevant supplier and track products delivery and installation
- Assist Engineering/maintenance Mgr to collect and report near misses, Safety Flash etc.
- To deliver the safety training to construction contractors and take the on site checking
6）Daily training for all relevant suppliers of the project: Project Director,safety officer,operator,ect,to ensure that all projects site management specification and pass the examination
7) Implement the“Zero Fatal Accidents” program:safety green light, joint safty tours,life saving checks;play a good role, and feed back the reports and datas to HSE、engineering manager and suppliers
8) Regular collection and update drawings and data of COCO project

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED：
1. University degree majoring in civil engineering or relevant major;；
2. At least 3 years’ related experience on construction management；
3. Good skill about Windows, Microsoft Office and Auto CAD applications；
4. Good oral and written communication skills in English；
5. Good interpersonal skills with strong teamwork spirit；
6. Customer oriented, logical thinking, self-motivated, Initiative, proactive；
7. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
