Main Responsibility:
• Is main customer contact for technical communication for the AML products under his responsibility, internally and externally.
• Is responsible of product compatibility with customer environment and product conformity with AML design standards and installation rules
• Is responsible of product adaptation to customer need if necessary through CAD system Catia V5 (2D and 3D designs according to AML standards)
• Is the technical interface between customer and European R&D team
• Is the R&D team member in local P1 project team, then applies CIP rules
• Knows and informs about the technical aspects of the competitor products
• Knows and applies procedures about environment and safety.
• -Representa their functional domain for process improvement and business requirements analysis, research and validation of solutions, solution promotion, problems feedback and follow-up.
• -Act for SAP process efficiency and data quality of their domain.
• -New release/solutions ownership.
• Train oneself on the new release/solutions(with 2nd level/consultants support)identify gaps.
• -Tests and validation(tests definition and execution with consultants suppot).
• -Develop/adapt standard procedures and documentation.
• -End users training&support


Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering mechanics;
2. Knowledge in thermoplastic injection,;
3. Good knowledge in CAD with Catia V5,
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluent English
