Responsibilities:
1) Lead new product development project in the Electric Automaton business unit independently.
2) Establish and implement project plan with the assigned project team and organize the regular meeting to trace the progress of project, motivate the project team to achieve project goals about QCD.
3) Could identify the potential risk and layout the remedy action plan independently.
4) Could do well in change management as well as communication management.
5) Escalation to function head in right time and seek for team member’s upper-level manager support first.
6) Could make good communication within project team to meet the requirement of project execution.
7) Manage conflict.
8) Regular report the project progress and status to management team.
9) Risk management and change management ability.
10) Could clearly understand new product development process.
11) Have the capacity of learning innovation and utilize in the daily working.
12) Adapt to change and target focusing.
13) Could independently lead and motive cross function team to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
14) Could create and maintain the circumstance of contribution and commitment within project team.
15) Have potential capacity to lead 10~20 cross function team.


Qualification Required:
1) Technical education background.
2) Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering with subject of mechanical, electrical or other relevant industrial engineering.
3) 3-10 years of relevant business experience necessary.
4) Above 3 years project management experience in leading electronics, hardware or platform projects with system integration aspects.
5) International projects experience is preferred.
6) Professional competence on project management.
7) Leadership of team management.
8) Language: Chinese fluent& English fluent.
