Main Job Tasks岗位职责:
 Implement project portfolio management (PPM) governance, build and maintain standardized project management processes, tools, and templates.
 Maintain DDIT investment project master plan to define the scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and benefits of each project and ensure alignment with the business strategy and priorities.
 Assisting on project resource estimation and allocation with other service owner, support on the change management and risk management to secure the good resource and competence balance.
 Leading for new investment idea collection and evaluation during AB and RE process.
 Collaborate with other area PPM to secure the site PPM process integration and information sharing,
 Facilitate the ITC on investment project to secure the solution design, technical implementation and handover within IT standard and IT compliance control.
 Leverage global network of project management experts and partners to support our project delivery.
 Collaborate with our local and global IT teams to ensure the standardization and integration of our project management solutions.
 Collaborate with global investment project committee within DDIT and IFP on the relevant project management initiatives.
 Building up the knowledge based on project and risk management best practices.
 Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by applying best practices, methodologies, and standards, and by monitoring and controlling the project performance, issues, and changes.
 Ensure required competencies and resources are available to meet project requirements by managing the project team, assigning roles and responsibilities, and providing coaching and guidance.
 Ensure good collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders by establishing clear expectations, reporting mechanisms, and feedback channels.
 Apply and implement organizational change management (OCM) by assessing the impact of change, developing and executing change plans, and facilitating stakeholder engagement and adoption.
 Ensure good vendor management, including smooth knowledge transfer and handover, by defining and managing the vendor deliverables, and performance.
 Introduce agile project management approach by adopting iterative and incremental delivery, fostering collaboration and innovation, and embracing change and feedback.
 People Management
- Be fully responsible for compliance activity and management of the team, including manning, budget and expense control.
- Lead organization with high integrity and acting as role model creating a trustful and respectful company culture.
- Identify the competencies needed for achieving business targets, match competencies with right personnel and ensure training effectiveness.
- Develop employee by creating challenging objectives, coaching and providing feedback to employee for performance management.
- Manage team engagement, create shared version and values in line with corporate missions and site ambitions.
- Develop leadership pipelines.
- Cooperate with stakeholders and peers to remove obstacles and smoothen the workflows and communications.
