职位详情
岗位目的：
1. 协同完成人员SIP考核、人员激励方案制定、目标设置和推广，最大化激发销售战斗力。
2. 聚焦通过对各重要项目中团队执行提升、销售执行力排行、人员违纪违规通报等帮助销售团队建立基础的执行规范、提升执行效率，强调红线行为。
3. 对人员数据进行分析，洞察生意发展机会，为人员激励和布局决策提供依据。
岗位职责：
1. 规划适合务需求的销售团队执行力标准，并落实推广到各个区域；
2. SIP KPI考核方案设计、目标的合理拆解、异常目标达成的判定与跟进；
3. 销售人员日常拜访标准的设定与追踪，主导异常行为人员的持续提升；
4. 全明星认可计划项目预算管理、竞赛方案设计与宣贯；
5. 与能力发展部对接SJF、SD、T1销售及职能人员培训需求与推动课程落地执行；
6. 重点项目相关的销售执行力提升机会的深度挖掘、跟进方案设计、落地实施推进、总结与改善
7. 销售执行力相关的数字化需求挖掘（SIP系统、ECpro系统、PBI、Ariba），对接市场部完成功能开发，推广应用，提升执行力项目实施效率。
8. 领导交办的工作安排
任职要求：
1. 大学本科学历及以上；
2. 8年以上快速消费品行业在一线销售岗位和销售运作或业务拓展岗位的相关工作经历，其中不低于3年的复杂销售规划和管理经验（多渠道、多市场、多品类），有可证明的优异业绩表现者优先；
3. 有20人以上销售团队管理经验或3人以上功能部门团队2年以上管理经验者优先；
4. 优秀的跨部门沟通、项目组织和执行能力；
5. 对数据敏感，能熟练使用Excel和PPT；
6. 积极乐观，热爱工作，学习能力强，拥抱改变，抗压能力强，能适应出差。
关键考核指标：
1. 公司销售额和利润达成；
2. 项目推广的时间进度；
3. 团队执行力提升的相关指标。
