• Lead and manage office operations, ensuring all sourcing, QC, logistics, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and audits of products and suppliers to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to organize the shipping of containers, managing schedules, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage office administrative tasks, including document management, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the office team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Liaise with UK headquarters and other international offices to ensure alignment of objectives and efficient communication.
