职责描述:
Overview:
To be responsible for product quality control and improvement relating to suppliers, manufacturing process and customers. Involved in new project launching process.
Dimensions:
• Customer PPM and score card
• Customer Complaint cases and provide 3D report
• First Time Through
• Customer on-site service complaint collection, support work and training
• Customer side(three manufactory plants) tracking information, on-site domination, improvement product following
• Customer service team management
Principle Accountabilities:
• Daily monitor the product quality status
• Take immediately containment action to solve the quality issues under customer requirement, production line and customer site
• Lead key quality issues analysis, and draft short term and long term improve plan and implementation.
• Take part in project launching through APQP, coordinate PPAP preparation and submit to customer.
• Prepare control plan and inspection instruction, gage, checking fixture; train the operator and inspector;
• Guide field service worker to fix the customer site quality issues and maintain good relationship with customers;
• Draft annual product test plan and organize the implement.
• Draft product audit plan and organize the implement.
• Analyse and solve customer warranty issues.
• Keep all quality actions following up the IATF16949 system
• Other tasks assigned by leader
任职要求:
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor degree of mechanical and/or relative mechanical specialty,or above;
• Know IATF16949; familiar with APQP, PPAP, FEMA, MSA, Control Plan, SPC;
• More than 4 years of working experience as a quality engineer in tier 1 automotive industry; foreign investment company is must;
• Good communication skills and team work;
• Good spoken, reading, writing English;
• Good computer skill, AutoCAD,UG, CATIA are preferable
