Responsibilities:
1. Project financial and budgetary controlling; including the initial budget check, regular budget vs cost reviewing and cash flow management.
2. Project planning including the integration of the project plan with the customer overall planning, project progress tracking and updating until project closure.
3. Quality contorting, ensure projects are delivered with high quality.
4. Risk management， identify the project risks and take effective plan and action for mitigation.
5. Management client relationship and client expectations, acting as primary interface with the customer.
6. Manage reporting ensure the identification and escalation of issues/risks.
7. Understand contract terms and conditions and maintain a clear document trail
8. Lead a multi-disciplined team. Including global functional department. overseas teams and sub-contractors:
9. Select third party suppliers. including contract negotiation:
10. Maintaining and following efficient safety management at site Manage multiple tasks and projects.
11. Provide strategic guidance experiences and lesson learnt to project managers among the team.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree level or above with relevant technical experience
2. Project management experience in international company with international projects exceeding 10 million USD.
3. Knowledge and application of AMHS industry experiences.
4. A natural leader with excellent communication and team spirit.
5. Technically competent (multi-disciplinary with good commercial acumen:
6. Dynamic problem solver with drive，determination and resilience to deliver results
7. Structured and organized approach to Project Management with flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing project environment.
