岗位职责：
The Service Team Leader is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving both service revenue and quality target through providing responsive, high-quality service to customers in the dedicated territory. He/she is also a key bridge between Sales and Field Service Engineers. Furthermore, he/she is focusing on key customers to drive the business through customer satisfactions in the territory.
Installation & Training:
- Perform warranty and installation independently
- Provide usage of product training to customers on customization basis if required, and discuss technical communication as when appropriate
Maintenance:
- Perform paid job repair to customer (quote, negotiate and confirm price with customer)
- Implement corrective repairs, and identify/feedback unexposed quality problems if any via dedicated system to the Headquarter as appropiate
- Execute technical corrective actions
- Track installed base accuracy & variances
- Lead to address complex technical case if any
- Provide support to sales for replacement, special sales programs, exhibitions
Stakeholder Management:
- Co-work with Sales to optimize the management and maintenance of relationship with key customers.
- Develop new customers as appropriate
- Address customers complain skillfully and provide an efficient solution
- Improve user experience and customer satisfactions.
Contract Management:
- Lead the the service revenue achievement in his/her territory
- Collect accounts receivable for his/her territory
- Identify new business opportunity for service contract
Team Management
- Coordinate, supervise and support team members’ daily work
- Motive, encourage and coach the team to achieve both service revenue and service quality targets
- Support team members in their individual development
Others
- Follow company process for parts management and book daily work in related system
任职要求：
Bachelor degree in electronics, biomedical engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience
5-8 years’ experience as in-house engineer of field technician in medical device industry
1-3 years’ experience in a senior position
1-2 years’ experience in people management
Professional
- English in written – advanced level
- English in spoken – basic level
- MS Office - advanced level
- Knowledge of company products – expert level
- Successful assessment for service qualification check
