Primary Responsibilities:

Follow and execute organization’s sales strategies especially the sales strategy for package cooling industrial application.
Well coordinate with each regional sales team and local reps approach to industrial market. Initiate sales plan and sales activities in our targeted industrial segments and regions.
Develop new industrial channels to achieve the annual sales growth contributed by new channels.
Daily manage distributor and customer relationships in assigned regions.
Collaborate with regional service person to assure customer sales satisfaction, identify new client referrals and/or business prospects
Collaborate with marketing team and carry out promotion plan and activates;
Work closely with internal colleagues and local reps to enhance the basis of design in our focused industrial design institutes.
Maintaining superior business relationships with key account end customers, develop new key account end customers in our targeted industrial segments.


Essential background and skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial, HVAC or related field;

· At least five years field sales related experience in industrial field; Solution sales on project basis

· CET-4 minimum, good verbal skills.

· Industry sales experience working through distributors preferred. Direct Sales is preferrred

· Ability to both work independently and to collaborate with others

· High level of coordinating skills.

· Good computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office.
