Qualifications and Skills:
• College degree or above
• Working experience in the foreign company and international environment
• Good command of computer skills
• Be equipped with a good ability to plan and organize work
• Good communication skills, good in English(speaking and writing)

Responsibilities:
The duties of Procurement Assistant at Dulwich International High School Suzhou are as follows:

Purchasing
• Responsible for daily consumable purchase, ensure delivery on time and check delivery of goods/services matches orders.
• Stationary ordering and management of stationary warehouse.
• Create purchase orders in the system and follow up with suppliers and users.
• Collect supplier information and documents, establish supplier information database.
• Submission of accounts for goods and services received to Accounts Payable.
• Make purchase records, sort out and filing.
• School Events support.
• Other tasks as assigned by Procurement Manager.

Uniform
• Responsible for staff uniform ordering, gather staff uniform feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support the uniform week and annual inventory audit.
