职位描述：
客户支持顾问在3Shape中是一个至关重要的岗位，你将会：
? 与我们的分销商密切合作，提供给客户优质的服务
? 为分销商提供培训，确保他们有足够的知识和技能服务客户
? 与同事分享自己的知识和经验，创作知识库文章
作为客户与产品之间的沟通桥梁，你还将有机会：
? 收集客户反馈，汇报给相关责任人来改善我们的产品

岗位职责：
? 支持客户和分销商上报的各种软硬件问题
? 通过邮件、电话和远程连接帮助客户解决问题
? 依据公司标准流程执行日常工作
? 创建和更新知识库文章，保证高质量的内容
? 准备演示文稿，为分销商提供技术培训和指导
能力要求：
? 口腔医学技术专业优先
? 英语流利；粤语流利优先
? 计算机辅助设计或制造经验可优先考虑
? 熟悉技术支持、问题排查和客户关怀
? 熟悉微软Windows操作系统，包括：
o安装和卸载程序
o 配置Windows防火墙
o 数据库基础
o 熟悉Windows命令行
? 熟悉网络应用，包括：
o 共享文件夹
o IPv4基本知识
? 能够在压力下独立工作
? 乐于和同事分享知识和经验
? 良好的客户关怀和沟通技巧，善于团队协作
? 尊重多元文化，熟悉国际化企业环境
