Performance Expectations
• According to the measurement plan and work instructions, use the CMM arm to measure the geometric dimensions of the components
• Responsible for data organization and archiving in the laboratory;
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of laboratory gauge and equipment;
• Responsible for maintaining 5S of quality lab, monitoring temperature and humidity records in the measurement room
• Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader

• 依据测量计划和作业指导书，使用关节臂三坐标完成零部件几何尺寸的测量；
• 负责实验室的数据整理、归档等；
• 负责实验室的仪器、设备的日常维护保养工作；
• 负责维护实验室现场的5S，监控测量室的温度、湿度的记录；
• 完成领导安排的其他工作

Credentials
• Vocational school diploma or above, majoring in metrology and testing or mechanical engineering;
• More than 1 year of experience in CMM operation, proficient in operating measuring instruments such as FARO arm;
• Familiar with mainstream measurement software such as PolyWorks;
• Have basic graphic recognition skills and knowledge of GD&T;
• Skilled in cross function team communication and coordination

• 中专及以上学历,计量测试专业或机械专业;
• 1年以上三坐标操作经验，能够熟练操作如FARO关节臂等测量仪器;
• 熟悉如PolyWorks主流测量软件;
• 具备基本的识图能力及GD&T理论知识;
• 擅于跨部门的沟通与协调工作
