Job Responsibilities:
I implement lab tests and guarantee test results’ reliability.
I manage and highlight product risks through testing.
I update new test methods and launch new test projects with my partners.
I am responsible for the local deployment of the Quality System and manage the laboratory's continuous improvement.
I manage and drive lab projects.
I manage Decathlon internal labs to run smoothly through daily work (machines maintain, purchasing etc.).
I ensure the coherence and repeatability among different (internal, supplier, external) labs.
I drive Quality Assessment in internal and external labs.
I coach supplier labs and improve their management autonomy.
I actively play in GB committee to demonstrate DKL professional & reliable image.
Your Profile:
1-3 years experience in quality or lab, and be familiar with ISO17025.
Mechanical background, with strong technical know-how to develop test method.
Good logical sense with strong ability of problem thinking and solving.
Good collaboration with others and willing to unite & boost the team
Quick learner and willing to study technical knowledge
Strong sense of responsibility, concrete and result oriented
Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
Demanding to the principle & test result, with courage to insist
Good sense of organization with the ability to drive project completion.
Fluent English, can for daily conversation with international employee smoothly.
