Main tasks：
1、Independently optimize logistics and workspace areas to ensure an efficient flow of materials in the new Shanghai facility. Consider structural requirements when arranging and stocking storage rack systems, including maximum floor and ceiling load capacities.
2、Independently design and configure new workplace systems and equipment in accordance with work orders. Consult with Kamen to ensure international standards. Select, procure, and integrate new equipment, considering feasibility, quality, timing, and cost, after approval by headquarter.
3、Establish and implement new production and logistics processes in the Shanghai facility based on the product transition process and decision from HQ Kamen.
4、Translate standardized work instructions from English to Chinese. Guide employees during the production launch of new products using these Chinese work instructions to maintain a production standard.
5、Introduce worker-self-inspection procedures in the production area, based on quality standards established in HQ Kamen.
6.Analyze work processes using Lean methods and review them for further optimization potential. Identify process gaps or waste and propose solutions.
7.Develop and implement a Shopfloor Management Board based on international design guidelines. Using common Visual Management tools.
Skills required：
1、Degree (at least Bachelor, Master preferred) Industrial Engineering, or similar Engineering with at least 2-3 years of experience.
2、Profound knowledge of Lean methods such as 5S, PDCA, Takt time, ergonomics, SMED, Poka Yoke, Kanban, the 7 Muda, value stream analysis, and visual management.
3、Meeting and facilitating skills to lead workshops and implement Lean Activities in production and logistics.
4、Provide training and instruction to employees regarding the application of Lean management methods.
5、Fluent in English language (Written and Spoken)
