1. Support recruiting activities according to recruiting plan;
- Develop recruiting channels and prepare advertisement for recruiting
- Build talent pool.
- New employee pre onboard related arrangement
- Complete recruiting reports.
2. Training& Development:
- Responsible for training programs planning, implementation and training effectiveness;
- Responsible for training documents and database maintain;
3. Employee Relation
- Maintain good relationship with offline staff and support new comers to adapt to company culture and environment.
- Communicate frequently with offline new staff and track and follow the NEO implementation status.
- Support operation departments to enhance discipline and rewarding management.
4. Responsible for performance management system maintain;
5.Support on internal communication activities to promote the company culture and maintain company branding.
6. Other HR tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in HR or a related filed.
2.At least 2 years related plant HR working experience in foreign invested company.
3. Familiar with labor laws and regulations and policies.
4. Can work in English environment.
5.Computer literate and familiar with Office Software such as word, excel etc.
6.Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, good planning and organizational ability.
7. Hardworking, self-motivated and proactive.
