业务稳健发展
工作内容
1.掌握数字化营销平台，营销数据分析模型的构建理论，对当前的系统(经销商管理、费用管理、订单管理等）功能和数据进行分析，搭建营销数字化体系并持续完善，支持公司营销业务发展；
2.负责营销业务线系统建设及运营类项目的管理，确认适应业务需求的系统解决方案；
3.负责组织资源完成需求功能设计文档，出具原型设计，指导开发按照设计文档进行系统开发；
4.负责在系统运营过程中收集、评估功能需求，需求开发实现，制定系统迭代计划并跟踪执行；
5.负责与应用运维对接，确认业务开发需求，形成开发方案；
6.负责梳理集成需求，形成集成方案并实施开发与测试、联调，直至系统集成顺利上线；
7.管理甲乙方项目团队，带领团队完成 IT 系统的建设和运营工作。

理想的求职者
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、网络工程、工商管理等相关专业；
2.5 年以上互联网产品设计及项目管理经验， 3 年以上快消品行业项目管理经验；
3.熟练使用Excel、Python、PowerBI等数据分析工具和软件；
4.具备数字营销产品，营销数据分析和营销费用管理相关工作经验，熟悉数字营销开发流程；
熟练应用原型设计工具（Axure 等）、 postman，项目管理类等工具/软件；
5.具备项目管理类证书、三百万及以上项目管理经验优先，适应项目推广期间的短期出差要求。
