工作职责:
UX and Product Support team is an enabling team that provides application support, test and implementation competence to the Production value stream. Our mission is to provide high quality support on business process & system usage as well as training to internal and external users through knowledge and communication in an efficient way. The internal resource need to be aware of end to end working of H&M production processes. Knowledge of agile methodology will be a bonus. 
 
Key Responsibilities
Support usage of system, processes, and methods within the production organization
Providing support for internal and external users working in our system and tools
Collaborate with key stakeholder to ensure system awareness and status
Producers of materials (e.g. release note/ news) for release/training of supported systems
Global Super Users for production systems (e.g. Castor, supplier portal, OFU, etc.)
Responsible for education of System Trainers within production
Conducts and supports various types of testing for new functionality and features

Ability to understand and analyze complex information and explain it in effective and powerful communications
Ability to understand human behavior and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
Belief of how technology work together with operations to create efficiency in processes
Willing to have constant learning and personal growth
Skilled in setting priorities by analyzing impact both from a business and tech perspective.
 
 

Additional Information
