职责描述:
Work closely with the offshore IT team for software development.
Development work covers the software development lifecycle, including simple requirement analysis, impact analysis, system design, development,
testing, maintenance, documentation, and any information systems-related tasks assigned by team leaders or managers that Manulife supports.
Responsible for team coordination, guidance and knowledge sharing with team members
Need good command of written and spoken by English.
任职要求:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, computer science or other relevant disciplines.
3-5 years of software development experience.
Proficient in Java, with Spring, Spring boot and Spring Cloud framework development experience;
Proficient in database development, familiar with mainstream databases (such as Oracle, MongoDB,MySQL), with PL/SQL and other database application development experience;
Ownership, Self-motivated, Good communication, quick learner, work independently
Good English reading and writing ability, good English listening and speaking ability is preferred. English Level 4 or above.
Knowledge of insurance company system a definite advantage.
Experience working on or closely with development teams in Agile methodology.
Proficient in using SVN,Git and other code management tools;
Familiar with Html, CSS, JS advantage;
Experience in on-line system maintenance is preferred;
Excellent analytical problem-solving and reasoning skills;
Ability to work independently;
Ability to follow coding rules and processes;
