Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Division/Department: Technical Development
Location: Tianjin

Your Responsibilities:

* Is responsible for the development of new manufacturing processes and definition of equipment suppliers for electric motors for prototype and further production;
* Is responsible  for developing, monitoring and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes, measurement workflow and release the related manufacturing processes;
* Is responsible for measurement device technical requirements definition, device adaption and maintenance;
* Is the responsible interface between TD, TP, TM and plant operation and help to build a strong connection between VWATJ TD engineers and German colleagues;
* Is responsible for the coordination of the analysis of parts on claimed e-drives in the field, durability tested components and all kind e-drive evaluation including the final test reports;
* Part of the Task Force Teams, or even Task Force Leader for solving problems together with other related departments;
* Is responsible to investigate operational problems affecting production; create, control and align WSK and other documents for the series and prototype production;

Our Qualification:

* Discipline: electrical engineering / mechatronic engineering / mechanical engineering / measurement, control technology and instrument / physics or relative fields
* English workable
* 3+ years' work experience in e-drive manufacturing field
* Deep knowledge of electrical drives or active componects
* Knowledge in GB standards or company standards about electrical measurement
* Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
* Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
