您的工作日常：
1、作为adidas的直营店一员，驱动店铺销售，提升店铺业绩；
2、作为adidas的文化倡导者，传递运动理念，带给顾客卓越体验；
3、作为adidas的团队主管，协助招募并培养团队成员，推动人员成长；
4、作为adidas的运营骨干，营造安全高效愉悦的购物环境；
我们对您的期望：
1、关注时尚，热爱运动，热衷零售行业，对 adidas充满热情，对他人有感染力；
2、至少2年以上零售或服务行业管理岗经验，具备一定的销售、对客服务及店铺和人员管理经验；
3、有亲和力，乐于与团队协作沟通，以结果为导向，喜欢集思广益、解决问题，同时善于创新，找到解决问题的资源；
4、良好的逻辑思维及分析计算能力；
我们的工作时间：
早中晚排班制，做五休二或做六休一，视业务需求而定。
