1.1建立质量体系以保证与佛吉亚体系一致
Define the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
1.2内部代表顾客陈述要求并且保证关于PPAP，偏差的承诺
Represent customer requirements internally and ensure his agreement (PPAP, deviation….).
1.3建立工厂质量预算（给所有的质量系统）并且实施，监控实施的过程并遵守预算
Define and deploy the plant quality budget (to all quality network), monitor progress and respect it.
1.4保证项目阶段的质量目标在工厂实施
Guarantee that the Plant Quality readiness is achieved by the program team.
2、人员管理
Resource management
2.1辅导和培训工厂的质量团队正确使用质量工具和过程
Coach and train the plant quality team on quality tools & processes.
2.2团队的员工具有质量人员的技巧，发展工厂质量组织符合OHQ的要求
Staff, with the accurate skills, and develop the Plant Quality organization in conformity with OHQ.
3、产品实现
Product realization
3.1保证在工厂正确使用报警系统（遵守8D方法）（任何S/R，工厂经理必须确认）
Ensure the right application of the alert system in the Plant ( 8D methodology is respected) (in case of S/R, Plant Manager validation is mandatory).
3.2保证工厂符合所有的安全/法规要求（MR/PY, LLS, Securization rate)
Ensure the Plant's compliance with all safety/regulations requirements (securization rate, MR/PY, LLS).
3.3避免接受不合格的采购零件来保护工厂，改经供应商的质量来满足工厂PPM/质量抱怨的目标
Protect the plant against incorrect purchased parts and improve Supplier Quality towards sites PPM/Complaints targets.
3.4遵守控制计划保证产品符合要求
Ensure the conformity of the product by the respect of the control plan (including COP test ,..) with calibrated devices.
3.5通过对生产过程审核（PQA）来避免因变化（项目启动，转移和工程更改管理）而产生的潜在风险
Secure the plant from potential issues coming from variations (Programs Launches, transfers and ECM,..) through process qualification (PQA)….
4、测量，分析及改进
Measurement, analysis & improvement
4.1向所有的相关方保证质量结果
Ensure Quality results to all relevant parties.
4.2在工厂内部对LLS进行沟通，保证所有的LLS被实施
Communicate LLS in his/her plant and guarantee that they are implemented.
5、基本任务
Generic tasks
5.1遵守工厂的质量目标
Respect Quality targets defined by the P manager.
5.2保证遵守质量体系原则
Guarantee and respect the Quality system rules.
5.3任何情况下的不合格停止产品交付
Stop the product delivery in case of major NC.
6、质量经理被任命为管理者代表，应负责
Quality manager was appointed as the management representative, should be responsible for:
6.1保证质量健康安全环境管理体系的建立，实施和维护
Ensuring the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.
6.2向厂长报告管理体系的业绩和任何改进的需求
Report to the Plant Manager for management performance and any need to improve.
6.3确保在内部提高满足顾客要求的意识
Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout FGW.
6.4建立并传达质量方针
Establishing and communicating quality policy.
6.5针对所出现的内部或外部问题（客户投诉、供应商不合格等）制订纠正及预防措施，并进行跟踪
Conduct the internal and external (customer complaints and supplier nonconforming etc) make the corrective and preventive action plan, and follow up.
6.6确定质量改进的优先项目,推动问题解决方法在各部门应用
Define the priorities of the quality continuous improvement and facilitate the workshop using Problem-solving methods.
7、附加和其它工作任务

7.1与客户建立良好的工作关系（网络）

Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.
7.3组织实施HSE培训
Organize for implement HSE training.
7.4推动工作环境及人机工程的改善
Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics.
7.5部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗
Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy.
7.6直属经理交给的其他临时工作
Others temporary job given by Line Manager.
7.7遵守公司的道德与管理规范、符合的利益冲突申明。 Abide by the company's ethics and management standard, conform to the conflict of interest statement.
