Main Accountabilities and Tasks:

Provide more efficient on services to internal/external customer for business growth. Meet and considerate customer requirements, standards, and laws/regulations, develop of knowledge about the process of our customers and end users.

? Investigate and solve the application problems.
? Improve and meet the application requirements of the customers.

Product application and customer service.
? Capture customer’s needs, and give detailed, patient, and careful answers to customers inquires.
? According to own professional knowledge, combines with company’s products, to provide customers with solutions independently.
? Skill in presentation and able to conduct training.
? Able to conduct investigations and test independently to resolve customer’s complaints and find the root cause for the failure.

Product innovation and design.
? To provide technical feedback and support during new product development phase.
? Planning, implementation, and documentation of specific product verifications in development projects.

Laboratory test
? Development of knowledge and performing experiments on the properties and behavior of the customer material.
? Standardization of the test procedures and the test equipment to be used globally.
? Planning, implementation, and documentation of market-based application tests of our systems and products.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Around 5 years' working experience in industrial application test.
- Bachelor's degree or its above for Application or Mechanical Engineering
- Product testing knowledge, Machinery knowledge, Technical Knowledge, Adhesive material knowhow (If possible), widget design knowledge, etc.
- Solidworks, Pro-E, Auto Cad, PLC programing, Lab view, etc.
- Languages: Mandarin and English (additional language will be advantage)
- Collaborative and positive mindset; Curious personality with high motivation for constant personal development
- Travel requirement: 20%
