1. Achieve team & individual business target, drive revenue growth and gain market share
2, Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant HQ departments
3. Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely. Team up with marketing, application engineers, system engineers &management to achieve defined target
4. Build strong and long-lasting relationship with customers
Profile
1. Rich sales related experience of SiC business, especially for new energy system
2. Good interpersonal & communication skill for business propositions
3. Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external
4. Ability to articulate well business proposal along with technical cross all levels of hierarchy. Fluent written & oral English for business
