Responsibilities and duties
·      Manage the Product Development Process(PDP). This includes coordinating all activities and interfacing with the team. Manage the organization through headcount, budget and other department driven activities.
·      Implement a date driven management culture based on PDP.
·      Champion of the APTIV flawless launches initiative.
·      Champion a common PDP system across L&P, consistent with global direction.
·      Lead value stream improvements for the PDP process.
·      Represent A/P as a member of the global PDP team.
·      Assure metrics are maintained and reported timely to the team.
·      Assure PDP information is maintained in the CBU quick place.
·      Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews.
·      Participate in China Low/High Risk Reviews.
·      Personnel and budget control
·      Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and Aptiv Business Process.

Qualifications / Requirements
·      Bachelor graduate at least
·      Able to tack the fabrication status and stick on the deadline
·      Strong personality and able to lead a diverse team
·      Engineer with 3-5 years’ experience in product manufacturing / product development
·      Local Customer/OEM experience is preferred.
