You will:
• Formulate the organizational data strategy, including data quality metrics, data lifecycle, data catalogue, and data security.
• Create, develop, and design a blueprint for building a modern integrated data platform which enables easy data explorable, accessible in a secured manned, align with business needs, and support advanced analytics and data science application.
• Supports Sales department in tender solution bidding and proposal activities.
• Collaboration with Sales and assist in site surveys and reports, customer meetings, presentations, preparation of technical proposals and demo to prospective customers.
• Support the delivery team on system design, implementation, and commission of the projects.
To be successful in the role you must have or be able to:
• Track, anticipate and manage data related technology and architecture evolution.
• Keep abreast on technology shift and industry initiative to prioritize and adapt the data blueprint effectively.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders from business, technical, project management and operation to design and implement the solution.
• Design high level & detailed design of data platform solution and integration and align to the data & analytics architecture principles and roadmap.
• Ensure data accessibility, reliability, quality, and security across different organization units Secure complex platform system from threat vectors.
• Assess and recommend different storage architecture, such as data warehouse, data lake and data mart based on the data type.
• Conduct necessary POC/trial and perform R&D on the right technologies on the data platform/solution.
• Experience developing software in one programming languages, such as: Java, Python,R,etc
• Modern analytics data architectures including cloud native, microservices architecture, virtualization, orchestration, and containerization.
• Experience with data platform development on virtual on-premises cloud provided by Amazon Web Service (AWS), Google Cloud, Azure, or others.
• Different type of database such as relational database and non-relational database
• Apache eco-system such as Hadoop MapReduce, Spark, Data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, data architecture, information management, mathematics, engineering, or a similar field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• At least five years high proficiency in designing and engineering large-scale data analytical architecture; including building Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process, data pipelines, data warehousing and/or data lakes and integration.
