Title: People Experience Manager
Location: Changshan 常山, 浙江
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
· To drive HR strategies of Changshan factory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop, implement and follow through the HR strategies, targets and activity plans in line with company vision and goals
· Implement and support right organisation structure of the Company
· Manage human resource planning to support the factory operation
· Strengthen the competency management and develop the succession platform, including efficient recruitment & selection activities, IDP and training
· Establish high employee retention plan for the attracting, maintaining and stimulating of employees, and to ensure the company is competitive in talent market
· Set up right compensation & benefit system in the company in line with country and group policy
· Create and maintain an open and positive working climate in line with SKF visions, drives, missions and code of conduct
· Manage employee relations including keeping compliance with government laws and regulations and handling employee grievances and discipline when needed.
· Organize social activities in-line with SKF Sustainability Policy
· Observe and follow Ed policies and procedures
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
· University degree or above
· Above 10 years’ experience in managing full spectrum of human resources activities in multinational companies, holding management position for at least 2 years
· Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
· Understanding / Knowledge on manufacturing process
· Knowledge in local employment practices and Labour Law of China
· Strong capability to face high pressure and changing environment.
· Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese
