Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:


* Participate in new project APQP activities, ensure quality requirements are passed to the project team and supervise their implementation, ensure all relevant quality documents are completed according to requirements and new project quality is controlled

* Cooperate with the project team to achieve project objectives, such as schedule, quality, PPAP delivery,etc.

* Participate in all internal and external audits, process audits and product audits and ensure that there
* are no material nonconformities in the audit process within its management function
* 参与所有内部和外部审核，过程审核和产品审核并确保其管理职能范围内审核过程中无重大不符合
* Customer complaint handling and drive the improvement
* 处理客户投诉并推动改进
* Ensure that all quality system procedures are maintained at all times and actively lead the improvement of the quality system within the management function

* Quality team management in Auto operation

* Other reasonable tasks assigned by quality manager and operations manager

Required Skills and Experiences技能和经验要求:


* 3 -5 years experience in auto industry preferably as a manager
* 3 -5年汽车行业管理工作经验
* 3 or more years Supervisory experience in quality department
* 3年以上质量部门主管经历
* Bachelor degree, with major in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering
* 本科机械工程或质量工程相关专业学历
* Be familiar with product quality control
* 熟悉产品质量控制
* Be familiar with bearing basic knowledge and manufacturing process
* 熟悉轴承基础知识和加工制造流程
* Team leadership experience with increasing levels of challenge in assignments
* 有带领团队完成工作的能力
* Experience implementing ISO9000 and TS16949/QMS/VDA6.3/VDA6.5
* 熟悉ISO9000以及TS16949/QMS/VDA6.3/VDA6.5
* English Skill both oral and written
* 良好的英文口语和书面表达能力
* Demonstrated success in establishing positive relationships with customers
* 能够建立良好的客户关系
