1.处理客户质量投诉，撰写8D报告，并追踪到问题解决

2.对不合格品进行评估和处理，负责解决产线发生的质量问题
To evaluate nonconforming product and process, responsible for solve the production line of quality problems
3.负责项目前期项目质量直至PPAP认可及量产过程中相关质量控制文件的制定（包括控制计划，检验指导书等的制定以及更新）
Responsible for the early stage of the project quality to parts PPAP approval and prepare the relevant quality control documents in the process of production（Including responsible for drafting and update the work instruction and SIP）
4.负责组织CFT小组，编制PPAP文件并提交客户批准
Responsible for organizing the CFT, prepare the PPAP documents and submit the customer for approval
5.根据月度质量报告问题，与所属Team分析并改善，对产线质量问题进行收集并分析
Analyze and improve quality problems with team according to the monthly quality report
6.负责对现场QC指导工作
Responsible for guidance of QC
7.汇总处理客户反馈信息对现场人员进行培训，提高现场人员质量意识
Summary of processing customer feedback, and train related staff, improve the quality awareness of site personnel
8.应对客户稽核与评审，积极采取相关改善措施
Respond to customer audit and review, and actively take relevant improvements
9.上级交办的其他任务

任职要求：
1.大学学历或以上，机械或自动化相关专业。
Bachelor or above，Mechanical or automatic control
2.3年以上相关工作经验。
3 years related experience or above
3.接受过质量相关知识方面的培训，如质量五大工具，8D问题解决方法，IATF16949质量体系。
Familiar with 8D-Problem Solving, IATF 16949 quality management system and five tool
4.具备较强的沟通能力。
With strong communication skills and negotiation skills
