Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare Labor Contract documents, ensuring Labor Contract concluded and renewed timely and accurately
2.Maintain personnel records/p-file, maintain and update employee records in e-HR system
3.Facilitate employees’ work permit and employee certificate
4.Respond to employee concerns, assist in solving problems
5.Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries, HR service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation;
6.Implement other task assigned by line manage
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or above degree
2.5+ years working experience in HR area, familiar with HR system knowledge
3.Good knowledge of labor laws and related statutory regulations
4.Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
5.Strong sense of ownership and accountability, quick learner and team player
6.Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality
