职位详情
1、负责呼入型为主的电话技术支持服务团队管理(团队规模：1000～1200 人)；
2、领导并管理运营大规模团队并交付业绩目标的达成。
3、 负责管理和优化人力达成率。
4、负责支持运营管理相关流程的持续优化以及流程的创新与补充。
5、 负责优化RTM（实时管控）相关流程并合理安排RTM 资源来达成员工利用率的最大化。
6、分析项目员工保有率并负责推动员工保有率提升相关改善方案。
7、 关注员工满意度指标并根据定期的测量和原因的分析，实现持续的员工满意度改善。
8、通过PMP 的理念与机制，推动有利于项目质量与效率指标的Project，包括： 确认项目， 计划项目和推动项目。
9、 负责支持与客户方的沟通并长期维护好Client Relationship 以及持续提升客户方满意度。
10、 可以给下属（运营经理或和运营主管）提供辅导和管理技能方面的赋能。
11、 负责支持运营一线CSR 以及团队组长， 运营主管与运营经理们的职业发展。
12、 理解团队文化内容并践行团队文化以及支持团队文化更好的落地。
职位要求：
1、教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历（英语专业或海外留学背景为佳）。
2、 知识技能：1. 英文口语流利，并可以支持商务英语的书写；2. 数据分析能力；
3. 团队管理能力，尤其是100 人以上的大规模团队管理经验或相关方面的能力。
4、 其他要求：统筹规划,沟通协调,执行力。
