职位描述：
- Respond and acknowledge all RFQ’s and orders within the defined time periods and ensure precise and clear information is give
- Be the central communication point to all departments to raise and solve issues as they arise
- Maintain and supply all data and reports for the Key Indicators (KI’s) related to Accounts
- Update all forecast information passing it to the planners for use with Production and Purchasing
- Coordinate all follow-ups with the Account Managers so that the relevant information is relayed back
- Prepare product-validated forecasts for operation for all current running projects involving the designed GKA, sub-contractors and CEM’s
- Constantly liaise with finance regarding blocked accounts
- Maintain sales funnel data accuracy and follow it through with Account Manager
- Closely communicate and coordinate with other departments on shipments, invoices, pricing, and product availability as necessary to support the customer demands
etc.

任职要求：
- 2+ years of experience in an international business environment in similar position
- Business and Customer service sense
- Fluent in English and Chinese, experienced in MS Office and desktop publishing
- Willing to learn technology and new competence
