基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
 Closely collaborating with sales, marketing and supply team develop and manage a high-efficient demand forecast
 Pet Sales data collecting, tracking, consolidating and analyzing to ensure sales data visibility and accuracy including omni-channels’ Sell-in/Sell out/ POS/Inventory data etc.
 Support optimization of Pet sales operation process, approval matrix in line with the fast development of business needs, continuously drive process optimization and operation efficiency.
 Develop regular contents for sales reporting presentations using graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize key sales metrics and reflect in-time real sales performance, and delivering regular insights to the business.
 Support regular contract, business supporting documents proceeding and filing
 Pet commercial digital system operation & process coordination.
 Connect, cooperate and maintain relationship with external key partners, well manage the progress of cooperative projects and routine communication.
 Establish measuring KPIs for sales force performance, manage evaluation and tracking mechanism.
 All the other sales operation related work assigned by line manager


教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

 2+ years working experience in Omi-channels or CBEC/EC or offline sales operation support experience, CBEC experience is a plus
 Sales operation/Business planning experience is a plus
 FMCG background preferred
 Bachelor’s degree with a major related to Business, Management or Finance relevant
 Strong data processing, data reporting and visualization skills
 Structural capability in a very hands-on way to manage multiple priorities and work with a business growth mindset.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skill able to drive collaboration across team
 Ability to work in high-pressure situations
 Fluent English reading and writing skills, able to communicate with oral English
