Requirements:
1、Lead project team and manage project by following defined project process and system, ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe, stipulated budget and with high quality and HSE-compliance.
带领项目团队,按照规定的项目流程和系统管理项目,确保在规定的时间内,成功完成项目并移交,并具有高质量和HSE合规性。
2、Carry out the small to medium size projects with assessing tendering, negotiating contract, assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budget and schedule, monitoring site activities and achieving project deliverables.
通过评估招标,谈判合同,组建项目团队,确定所需的适当资源,控制预算和进度,监控现场活动和实现项目可交付成果来执行中小型项目。
3、Serve as the key contact for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing status, installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues.
作为沟通和协调工作的关键联系人,涉及项目范围,规划,调度,现场启动,制造状态,安装和维护,缺陷纠正,变更问题。
4、Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team members as required.

Task:
1、Bidding-prepare the technical document and participate the employer interview, coordinate with function department to get new project.

2、Implementation-take full responsibility for the whole process of project implementation including design, tendering, application for government approval, kick-off preparation, construction, completion and guarantee period.

3、Design-support the function department to produce the design brief, review the design proposal from DI and join the design review meeting.
设计-支持职能部门制作设计简报,审查设计院的设计方案并参加设计评审会议。
4、Tendering-conduct the tendering including pre-qualification, document preparation, tendering issuance, on-site survey, opening, inquiry and answer, submission of assessment report to recommend the qualified contractor.
招标--包括资格预审、文件准备、招标发布、现场勘察、开盘、查询和答复、提交评估报告以推荐合格的承包商。
5、Construction kickoff-arrange and monitor the preparation of temporary water, electricity, drainage, communication and road by contractor or employer.
施工启动--安排和监控承包商或雇主做好临时供水、供电、排水、通讯和道路的准备工作。
6、Construction-Manage and monitor the site activity among employer, supervision and contractor, as well as the project construction to achieve the project target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance. Manage the change of work scope and the variation valuation.

7、Completion inspection-coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity, identify and document the key lessons and achievements, conduct the document filing.

8、Based on Colliers PjM’s project management process, coordinate and deploy company resource in a cost-effective way to fully deliver the scope of Colliers PjM service and to get the employer satisfaction.

9、Coordinate the relationship among contractors, supervisors and ER;

10、Draft all related project plan and project report, lead project meeting, review and release the document issued to all related party.
起草相关的项目计划和项目报告,参加项目会议,经项目经理确认后,审核并发布发给所有相关方的文件。
11、Inform the financial department to release the payment advice based on the contract agreement, follow-up the real payment to company account;
通知财务部门根据合同约定发放付款通知书,跟进付款进度。

Qualifications:
1、At least 8 years of working experience, 5 years of relevant work in civil engineering, M&E engineering, construction and project management. Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction code, familiarity with government approvals process, understanding FIDIC conditions and project programme scheduling, IT literate and Autocad 2000 experienced.
至少8年以上工作经验,5年在土木工程、机电工程、建筑和项目管理方面的相关工作。熟悉中国HSE要求和中国施工规范,熟悉政府审批流程,了解FIDIC条件和项目计划进度,熟悉IT和具有Autocad 2000的经验。
2、Advanced level of written and spoken English.

3、1st Degree of relevant engineering or construction management. Certified first level civil constructor (preferred)

4、Advanced level of communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill.
