Job Description:

1. Identify a large pool of vendors in select geography and categories who will be a fit with the global market e-commerce model.
开拓符合全球销售市场模式的供应商。

2. Vendor Management: Maintain the strategic vendors’ relationship. Reach out to suitable vendors, clearly articulate business vision, establish relationships, and nurture strong partnership.
负责重点渠道及战略性合作方关系维护。 开拓合适的供应商,建立和维护稳定的合作关系,维护现有的客户资源。

3. Negotiate favorable terms and ensure steady flow of goods to meet growth in customer demand.
进行商业谈判,争取与各方合作最佳条件,减低公司风险及成本,确保稳定的货物流通,以满足客户的需求。

4. Liaison with Headquarter to ensure communication of all information.
与集团总部保持高效的联系,确保所有信息的有效交流。

5. Analyze the marketing, fashion trends, competitors and customer’s needs. Sourcing the best fit to customers
定期对同行业、客户、市场环境进行调研,对业务市场的潜力进行调查和分析。


Profile we are looking for:

1. 3+ years working experiences or above in Apparel Sourcing/Merchandising/Developing.
3年以上服装采购及品牌拓展工作经验。

2. Open minded, flexible and fast learning, passionate, good team player.

3. Strong sense in market development, good communication skills.
