1. To organize, develop and improve the competence of the AP LSS team to drive Maintenance excellence, cost productivity and Cycle time reduction to achieve its overall objectives related to profitability, service, quality and customer satisfaction.
2. Promoting a people first culture with an unwavering dedication to safety and driving standard processes amongst our Operation Teams.
3. Championing maintenance best practices at multiple locations through assessments, gap analysis, training, coaching and organizational change.
4. Tracking and reporting on implementation status and quantified improvement measurements, according to standard KPIs,
5. In collaboration with the Global Engineering team, develop and improve the standards, training materials, templates, tools, etc used by the plant maintenance teams to run their process.
6. Responsible for making sure the paint manufacturing sites in the region implement a proper Cycle Time/OEE database.
7. Lead LSS program running to improve pilot sites lean maturity.
8. Facilitate new plant start the Lean journey.
Requires:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or process drive field, Master degree preferred.
2. Minimum ten (8) years proven experience with LSS/Continuous Improvement in industrial, a chemical / food / pharma manufacturing environment preferred.
3. Minimum Green Belt certification, Black Belt certification preferred.
4. Experience in Lean project/Kaizen workshop facilitation independently.
5. Experience in Asset Maintenance Management and Maintenance Reliability programs is essential.
6. Fluency in English global focus; broad mindset, data analysis capability.
