Job Description
- Business partnership for management team and site sale/manufacturing to support cost reduction and gross margin improvement programs
- Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.
- Oversees FP&A activities and directs and plans all aspects of and the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and annual and long-term financial plans
- Responsible for development and execution of planning and budgeting, as well as of financial and management reporting procedures
- Oversees the development of performance standards, ensuring metrics are realistic and attainable, drives improvements through change initiatives
- Directs a team, conducts goal setting and performance appraisal processes to prioritize and align with overall wide goals and objectives, coach talent, and serves as an organizational resource
- Other Ad hoc financial analysis and strategic works as needed by management teams
Job Requirement
- 15+ years of finance management experience
- Relevant industrial experience is preferred
- Realize lean manufacture or 6 sigma
- A strong commercial acumen
- MBA preferred
- CPA preferred
- SAP experience is a plus
