工作概要 Summary
解读实验标准中的要求,辅助设计和验收试验夹具, 对检测方法进行确认,开发新试验方法, 对现场人员进行技术确认和指导, 编制方法确认表和作业指导书, 对人员进行培训.审核和修订实验报告,确认报告内容符合标准和委托方要求, 以及对第三方实验室能力和委外试验过程进行技术确认.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. 试验方法确认和实施Confirm and perform the test method.
辅助试验合同的评审,确认试验方法细节要求,保障实施的准确性。
Support for reviewing the test contracts. Confirm the detailed requirements of test methods and ensure the accuracy of test process.
主导对试验方法的执行内容确认，完善试验操作的细节要求，给出具体设定建议值，并反馈给委托方和相关方进行最终的承认。
Lead the confirmation of the implementation content of the test method, improve the detailed requirements of the test operation, give specific setting suggestions, and feed back to the client and relevant parties for final recognition
编写标准方法确认表,作业指导书。
Write the standard method conforming form and work instruction.
培训试验相关标准、完成测试标准更新对比文件并宣贯，完成年度培训计划。
Train the test specifications. Complete and announce the test standard updated and comparison documents. Complete and follow the yearly training plan.
指导测试过程中的技术问题。
Instruct the technical issues during the test.
2. 审核并修订试验报告 Review and revise the test report.
审核试验报告，确认报告内容是否符合测试合同要求，保证试验测试过程无误。
Review the test report. Confirm whether the report content meets the requirements of test contract. Ensure the test process is correct.
3. 试验夹具的辅助设计与验收
Assist in designing and check the test fixtures.
确认夹具图纸，根据试验方法要求辅助设计试验夹具.
Confirm fixture drawings and assist in designing test fixtures according to test method requirements.
夹具验收。
Fixture acceptance.
4. 新实验能力开发
New experimental capability development.
解析新标准/新方法的测试要求，明确试验要求
Analyze new standards / new methods of testing requirements, clear test requirements.
配合设备工程师确认设备能力、采购设备、改进设备等工作
Work with equipment engineers to confirm equipment capabilities. Purchase new equipment and improve the performance of equipment.
开发完成后组织新能力验证对比工作，编制作业指导书并培训；
Organize new capability validation comparison work after development. Write the operation instructions and train the technical.
5. 第三方实验室及委外试验确认Confirm the third-party laboratories and outsourced tests.
审核第三方实验室的测试技术能力；
Auditing the technical capabilities of third-party laboratories for testing.
确认第三方实验室的测试过程及结果；
Confirm the testing process and results of the third-party laboratory.
确认第三方实验室的测试报告，并上传至LIMS；
Confirm the test reports from third-party laboratories and upload to LIMS.
6. 其他事务Other issues.
支持并参与实验室技术相关审核（如CNAS、客户审核等）
Support and participate in laboratory technical related audits. (e.g. CNAS, customer audits, etc.)
试验失效及异常分析，完成分析报告，登陆QN；
Confirm the testing process and results of the third-party laboratory.
确认第三方实验室的测试报告，并上传至LIMS；
Confirm the test reports from third-party laboratories and upload to LIMS.
负责实验室内外部技术交流；
Responsible for internal and external technical communication.
负责年度实验室比对及能力验证；
Responsible for annual laboratory comparison and verification testing
保证各项工作符合ISO17025 实验室要求
Ensure that all work in line with ISO17025 laboratory requirements
完成主管安排的其他工作
Complete other work as assigned by the supervisor
学历&经验Education & Experience：
1. 大学本科或同等学历，理工类专业优先。
Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Engineering or other related.
2. 三年及以上企业培训或员工发展工作经验。
Above 3 years in related work experience.
技能Skills:
1. 具有独立的人才培养项目策划、实施经验；
2. 熟悉人才发展的理论和工具，对人才测评工具有一定的认知和理解
3. 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. 优秀的中文书面及口头表达能力；Excellent Chinese in written and spoken.
5. 熟练操作电脑，熟悉办公化的相关软件，如：WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOIN/PROJECT；Familiar with PC and Office software.
