Job Scope:
1. Responsible for the review of design, specification and selection of equipment and facilities in the metallurgical processing plant and refinery plants of MTI projects
2. Review and assess the engineering documents including PDC, EDC, PFD, P&ID, etc.
3. Review and approve the datasheet of mechanical equipment as designed by the engineering design institute.
4. Pipes works design review and optimization.
5. Analyzes vendor data such as design proposal, specifications, technical agreement and to determine feasibility of design or application.
6. Reviews all mechanical engineering design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and contract requirements, and related specifications.
7. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolution of engineering design and test problems.
8. Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases. Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
9. Manages project mechanical design work to comply with schedule requirements. Prepares interim and final project reports.
10. Support site construction/installation works

Qulification:
1. At least Three years project engineering experience.
2. Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to project teams.
3. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from relevant stakeholders.
4. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
6. Proven ability in identifying issues and providing proper solutions.
7. Proficient PC knowledge i.e. MS Office, Excel, Power point, etc.
8. The position shall be based in MTI Beijing Office. but with travelling requirement both domestically and internationally and may need to work at project site in Indonesia at required stage.
