Position Summary / 职位概述：
Make production scheduling based on customer demand, available material, production capacity.
Make material planning and place purchasing order to supplier according to demand with tools of MRP and PFEP to meet customer demand, control material inventory in best level.

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：
1.Make production plan based on customer demand, available material, production capacity and planning strategy.
2.Make material planning to align with demand and inventory level.
3.Prepares work orders and generates purchase orders to supplier for the production to support production scheduling, shop load, and inventory level.
4.Provide material demand forecast to supplier to shorten LT.
5.Coordinates material movements between internal work and outside suppliers to ensure materials are available when needed. Confirm & follow up the supplier actual delivery to match with the request date.
6.Control inventory, analyze inventory usage, scrap, and waste, and recommends any appropriate actions to minimize loss, reduce inventory, and/or increase inventory turnover.
7.Apply continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Work assignments may include cross-functional or project team responsibilities (e.g. continuous improvement, Kaizen).
8.Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or department.

Qualification/ 任职资格：
1.Bachelor’s degree is required.
2.Above 3 years’ related planning experience both in production planning and materials planning.
3.Good understanding of MRPII system and inventory control methods.
4.Familiar with supply chain workflow and process.
5.Basic knowledge of international trade and domestic trade, understanding of quality management system and ISO9000 series standard.
6.Strong communication skill, team player and can work under heavy pressure.
7.Fluent English both in written and oral, good computer skills.
8.Good skill of computer and Excel.
