2012年，内德史罗夫控股有限公司决定在昆山建立内德史罗夫集团***海外生产公司。内德史罗夫紧固件（昆山）有限公司于2012年11月5日注册成立。
在江苏昆山，我们将生产螺栓、螺钉、螺母和特种及定制产品。
我们将与客户密切合作，并提供全套的服务。内德史罗夫昆山除了产品制造之外，我们的质量、物流、销售和技术部门使我们能够设计、制造和运输我们客户所需要的各种产品。合理的结构确保了我们产品的品质和在汽车行业的竞争力，并拥有一个设备齐全的先进技术中心来实现这个目标。
In 2012, Nedschroef Holding decided to found its first oversea production company in Kunshan. Nedschroef Fasteners (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was registered on November 5th, 2012.
In Kunshan – Jiangsu Province – we will produce bolts, screws, nuts and Nedshape.
We also offer Full Service Provision in close cooperation with customers. Nedschroef Kunshan has, besides manufacturing, our own Quality, Logistics, and Sales & Tech departments; capable of designing, manufacturing and shipping our customer product on demand. We have an appropriate structure to ensure quality and competitiveness in the automotive sector that is oriented with a fully equipped state-of-art Techno Center.
