Job requirement
1.Data collection and report support
•Sell-out Data Collection (Manual report/system report)
•Supervise dealer data upload system on time and accurately
•Product master maintain
•Promo result/review summary
•New product sales data collection
2.Dealer order tracking
•Tracking PP customer orders, shipments
•Summary PP order information
•Allocate the product of order and other logistics issues
3.Dealer Return (PP)
•Sellable returns
•Broken returns
•Connect with 8 JD return warehouse, collect return information, confirm the return details, and enter the cost after checking
•Close dealer return/analysis return data
4.Sales activity support
•618/D11 promo/normal promo follow ups and result summary.
5.Coordination of PP CS issues
•8 JD after-sales application coordination and communication
•Coordination of regular after-sales issues in other channels
Ideal Candidate:
1. Familiar with retail/ FMCG industry
2. has experiences with online sales support
3. English can be used as working language
