General Summary/Scope
Manage AR billing work for VAT invoice issuing, invoice filling and complete VAT reconciliation analysis. Support other work assigned by team leader.
Job Responsibilities:
-AR Invoices filing
-Issue golden tax invoice
-Recon Output VAT between ERP system and Golden system
-Support Daily invoice delivery
-Deal with invoice questions from internal and external clients.
-Other assigned task by the team leader
Requirements:
-Third year or fourth year of the college
-Good at Excel, Word application
-Quick Learner, Strong Teamwork Spirit, Good communication skills.
