Main responsibility is to provide service to Overseas and China domestic customers for business requirement, and make sure all these requests are handled properly within company rules and regulations, in compliance.
Service providing to Overseas and China domestic Customers:
Annual contract preparation until signing and filing complete
Sales rebate calculation and application process, coordinate with Accounting team until complete
Handle customer discount application process based on sales request, coordinate with internal other functions
Coordinate in setting up or updating customer credit terms and handling overdue cases, make sure properly processed within company system in compliance.
Sample application process.
Validate demand from customer for part numbers not in range, not in price list, or with price variation until it can be turned to regular customer order.
Coordinate to handle different type of market return goods based on QA confirmation: such as return and refund, no return with free sample, etc.
Arrange marketing item packing and transport together with goods
Sales reporting:
Daily order intake report by customer by sub-region.
Weekly and monthly sales report by customer by sub-region.
Customized sales report for key customer per sales manager requirement.
Sample distribution report.
Market return report.
Review and optimize different periodical sales reports
Customer account creation and master data maintenance(customer/listing/pricing…etc.)
for Overseas and China domestic Customers.
Other tasks assigned by management.
