1.为中国和海外国家的QA团队提供战略领导和指导；
2.实施预防措施以维护和提高质量标准；
3.进行培训并向工厂合作伙伴提供技术建议；
4.监控生产过程以确保符合买方要求，根据需要管理纠正措施；
5.参与新工厂的搜索和审计；
6.与US/中国合规/法律和客户合作，进行与社会合规、CTPAT和可持续倡议相关的现场审计，推动工厂现场的纠正行动计划。
7.预计经常出差，以监督和协调各地的质保工作

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，纺织工程、纺织材料等相关专业，英文可作为工作语言；
2.拥有品牌服装全流程的项目质量管理经验及供应商赋能管理经验；
3.能够独立搭建服装质量流程体系及标准，推进质量管理体系的落地；
4.精通成品品质标准及驻厂QC管理，有一定的QA团队搭建经验，以及工厂端培训统筹经验；
5.具备良好的品质管理能力及素养，包括品质目标意识、闭环意识、数据思维等

Job Description:
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to QA teams in China & offshore countries.
2. Implement preventive measures to uphold and enhance quality standards.
3. Conduct training and offer technical advice to factory partners.
4. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with buyer requirements, managing corrective actions as needed.
5. Engage in new factory searches and audits.
6. Work with US/China Compliance/Legal and customers on field audits related to Social Compliance, CTPAT, and Sustainable initiatives, driving Corrective Action Plans at factory sites.

7. Expect frequent travel to oversee and coordinate quality assurance efforts in various locations.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in textile engineering, textile materials and other related majors;English can be used as working language；
2. Have project quality management experience and supplier empowerment management experience in the whole process of brand clothing;
3. Able to independently establish clothing quality process systems and standards, and promote the implementation of quality management systems;
4. Proficient in finished product quality standards and in-factory QC management, with certain experience in building a QA team, as well as experience in factory-side training coordination;
5. Have good quality management capabilities and literacy, including quality goal awareness, closed-loop awareness, data thinking, etc.
